Grace is a REALTOR® who consistently achieves outstanding results for her clients across the United States and in the Philippines. With a strong presence in Hawaii, she is adept at representing both sellers and buyers with their real estate needs.

Prior to dedicating herself to real estate, Grace honed her skills at the prestigious United Nations in New York and a renowned global consulting firm in California. Her Master's degree in Law (LL.M) from Stockholm University and past internship at the United Nations Secretariat in New York showcase her impressive academic and professional background.

Beyond her successful career, Grace is deeply committed to giving back to her community. As a Board Director of the Maui Filipino Chamber of Commerce, she actively contributes to the growth and development of local businesses. Additionally, she spearheads annual toy drives in the Philippines, connecting generous donors from Maui to underprivileged children.

Residing in the picturesque island of Maui, Hawaii, Grace shares her life with her beloved dog, Baxter. Fluent in English and several dialects in the Philippines, including Tagalog, Ilocano, and Bicol, she effortlessly bridges cultural gaps and ensures effective communication with her diverse clientele.
